Marie-Claude Leonard

Marie is a long-time resident of Vancouver’s West End, and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1992.

Marie grew up in LaBaule, on the west coast of France, before moving to Paris where she gained years of experience in two very different sectors, both relevant to real estate:
business, specifically accounting, finance and administration; and
arts and entertainment industries, where she specialized in advertising and public relations.

In 1984 Marie came to Canada, and after travelling and living in several North American cities, she decided to apply her knowledge and skills to a new career as a real estate professional in Vancouver. She has been delivering outstanding, award-winning service to her clients since 1992.

Jim Marriott

Jim Marriott has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004, and has also earned a reputation for meticulous detail and conscientious care.

Jim was born and raised in Kamloops, BC and after receiving a B.A. (Sociology) from the University of British Columbia, put his entrepreneurial skills to good use. He started and ran his own finish carpentry & project management business in Vancouver, and later built his own home and lived on the Sunshine Coast. He continued to work in construction management until 2003, when he decided to join Marie as a real estate professional.

Marie and Jim are partners in life as well as business. They’re REALTORS® of choice for buyers and sellers of a condominiums and homes in Vancouver’s West End, Downtown, Coal Harbour, False Creek, Fairview, Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant areas.
